Looking Great In 2008 Weekly Update

I lost 1.5 pounds this week. I'm happy with that, but I sure am hungry today!

A great loss indeed!

Sometimes when I think I'm hungry, I splurge on the light version of microwave kettle corn. I eat the entire bag and it's only like 250 calories. It definitely fills me up.

congrats on the loss! How's your water intake? Sometimes we mistake thirst for hunger so that may be part of the feeling!

Congrats on the weight loss. I've found a day of being really hungry is typically followed by a big loss the next day.

I look for foods high in volume low in calories that fill me up. Veggies are a great choice or even vegetable soup if you want something warm.
