A great loss indeed!Sometimes when I think I'm hungry, I splurge on the light version of microwave kettle corn. I eat the entire bag and it's only like 250 calories. It definitely fills me up.

Congrats on the weight loss. I've found a day of being really hungry is typically followed by a big loss the next day. I look for foods high in volume low in calories that fill me up. Veggies are a great choice or even vegetable soup if you want something warm.
