Weekly update Looking Great In 2008

My focus this week has been to reduce the amount of sugar that I eat. This means no desserts and sweetner in my coffee. Now if I can get away from night time snacking I will be doing great! My goal for this challenge is to lose 30 pounds. I really would be happy to get that far in my weight loss journey. This week I did not lose any weight. I did not gain either. I will do better this coming week.

How about no snacking after 8 pm? After that has been working for a while, you could back it up to 7:30 pm, then 7.

Nighttime snacking isn't TOO bad if you're careful about your snack. Maybe some plain, no salt popcorn (good for fiber!) or a piece of fruit?

I'm like you, no gain, no loss. Something I do to keep from snacking at night, is brush my teeth after dinner or soon afterwards.

Hang in there. Dairy snacks at night can be good, too. Low-fat yogurt or a bowl of cereal are a couple of my favorites.
