Day off to work?

So, I went to work today for all of 10 minutes. I was there to check my e-mail and the phone for messages that needed attention. I found a few things that I can take care of tomorrow.I find myself back at home. This means that I can clean out my dresser. I really need to go through and get rid of some things that I no longer wear or need. For now though I think that I will read and take a nap. Shhhh! My parents are all quiet and sleepy themselves downstairs. I wonder how long I can get away with resting. I really should clean some clutter though....... Later

Saturday shopping

I went downtown today and shopped with a 15% off card at participating stores. I was in charge of getting gifts for three people. I think that I managed o.k., but I'm going to CVS next weekend because they have the coolest bank/toy that I think that my nephew would love... The reason for going next weekend? I was given a special discount card by the manager of said CVS store today! I thought that he was so nice, because it was a card that isn't usually given out to the general public. How lucky am I?

Black Friday - Shopping

So.... I went shopping today. I didn't start early like some people do, but the mall sure was crowded while I was there. Some poor lady had her car stolen. I hope that she just misplaced where she had parked it, and is mistaken. I really don't know, but I felt bad for her just the same.

Thanksgiving

It is Thanksgiving and I'm feeling all sentimental and mushy. I shopped some (online that is) for Christmas. I think that my Mom will be happy, but my Dad? He is so hard to shop for. Doesn't need a thing that man.... except for chocolate!
